Health & Safety: The safety of our staff and clients is our utmost priority. If you are suffering from any contagious cold, cough, flu or virus, we recommend that you reschedule. Masks are optional.
Right to refuse: Luxe Beauty Brand LLC has the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, behaves inappropriately with our staff, or poses a threat to our business.
Forms of Payment: We accept cash, all major credit & debit cards (3.3% fee), Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay and Pay Pal. No checks or money orders.
Children/Guests: To guarantee the comfort of all our clients, we do not allow children or additional guests in the salon unless approved prior to appointment.
Refunds: If you are unhappy with your service, we will gladly accommodate you, but due to the nature of the service, we DO NOT offer refunds.
No Call/No Show: A $25 deposit will be required to reschedule, if no contact is made within 24 hours you will not be able to make another appointment with Luxe Beauty Brand LLC.
Tardiness: If you are delayed in your arrival, please remember that your service will end at its original time. If you are 15 minutes late there will be a $15 charge added to your service.
Cancellations: A 24-hour notice is required to cancel your appointment. There will be a $20 charge.
