Luxe Beauty values your service and support. To keep providing the exceptional service please read below our Terms & Conditions:
- Health & Safety: The safety of our staff and clients is our utmost priority. If you are suffering from any contagious cold, cough, flu or virus, we recommend that you reschedule. Masks are optional.
- Right to refuse: Luxe Beauty Brand LLC has the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, behaves inappropriately with our staff, or poses a threat to our business.
- Forms of Payment: We accept cash, all major credit & debit cards. No checks, money orders or cashier checks.
- Children/Guests: To guarantee the comfort of all our clients, we do not allow children or additional guests in the salon.
- Refunds: If you are unhappy with your service, we will gladly work with you to fix it, but due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds.
- No Call/No Show: Please be advised that Luxe Beauty Brand LLC will charge 50% of the service booked for ALL no-show appointments. If you would like to make a future appointment another $50 non-refundable deposit will be required before booking.
- Tardiness: If you are delayed in your arrival, please remember that your service will end at its original time. Exceptions can be made, contact your artist.
- Cancellations: A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours your deposit will still be acknowledged.
